1. Students must wear their School Uniforms at all times during the Competition.
2. Identification Badges which will be given upon arrival to participating students and team leaders must be worn at all times. Non-participating students are only required to wear their school identification cards.
3. Only faculty members may serve as team leaders. Four team leader cards will be issued per school and should be shared by all the team leaders of a school.
4. The team leader must be present with the participants during all events.
5. Team leaders will be responsible for their students’ conduct. Discipline and decorum must be maintained at all times. Any breach of discipline on the part of a participant during the course of the event, may lead to the disqualification of the entire team.
6. All students are to remain seated in the hall once the competition begins and will not be allowed to leave the venue till the time that the competition has ended.
7. Team leaders must reconfirm registration for each event on the day of its occurrence by submitting the Event Daily Confirmation Form to the reception desk from 8:30 a.m. onwards until half an hour prior to the event. Event Daily Confirmation Forms are included in the School Pack and will also be available at the reception desk.
8. The ISEO committee reserves the right to withdraw any entry it deems inappropriate or unsuitable.
9. All decisions of the judges will be final and are not subject to review or revision.
10. The School Pack must be collected form the ISEO office by a school representative before the commencement of the Olympiad. This pack includes the Event Daily Confirmation Form, ISEO identification cards, Invitation cards for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, as well as, other related material.
