1. Only faculty members may serve as team leaders.
2. A team-leader MUST accompany any students from their school at all times when they are present at the ISEO venue.
3. Team leaders will be responsible for their students’ conduct. Discipline and decorum must be maintained at all times. Any breach of discipline on the part of a participant during the course of the event, may lead to the disqualification of the entire team.
4. The ISEO School Pack must be collected form the ISEO office by a school representative before the commencement of the Olympiad and given into the custody of the team leader(s). This pack includes:
1. An invitation letter and invitation cards for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies for the Principal
2. 4 x ISEO Team Leader Identification Cards
3. (to be shared amongst all teachers serving as team leaders during ISEO)
4. 1 x Participant Identification Card per participating student
5. 10 x ISEO brochures. These include important information such as event rules and daily schedules. These should be brought to the venue with you for your convenience.
6. 1 x photocopiable sheet of the Event Daily Confirmation Form
5. Team leaders must wear their ISEO Team Leader Identification Cards and ensure that each participant wears their ISEO Participant Identification Cards at all times during ISEO. The team leader must also arrange School Identification Cards from their respective schools to be worn by all accompanying student observers at all times during ISEO.
6. Team leaders must ensure that the students in their teams are neatly attired in their School Uniforms at all times during the Competition.
7. Team leaders must ensure that all the students present from their school remain seated at the event venue once the competition begins and do not leave the venue till the time that the competition has ended.
8. Team leaders must reconfirm registration for each event on the day of its occurrence.
1. The Event Daily Confirmation Form must be submitted to the ISEO Registration desk.
2. The Registration Desk will begin to receive forms no earlier than 1 and a half hours prior to an event and no later than half an hour prior to the event. After this time, no more forms will be admissible.
3. As soon as the Event Daily Confirmation Form has been submitted the participant must take their place at the Event venue and remain there until the event is concluded.
4. Participating students who have submitted their Event Daily Confirmation Form must be present at the venue when they are called to participate.
5. If the participating student is not present when called upon it will be assumed that they have withdrawn and they will not be allowed to take part.

(Event Daily Confirmation Forms are included in the School Pack and will also be available at the ISEO Registration Desk.)

9. Event Daily Confirmation Form must be filled in BLOCK CAPITAL letters with the correct spelling of all names. Team Leaders MUST inform the ISEO Committee of any changes in the name(s) of the participants in writing and to change the name(s) on the Daily Event Confirmation Form.
10. The ISEO committee reserves the right to withdraw any entry it deems inappropriate or unsuitable.
11. All decisions of the judges will be final and are not subject to review or revision.
12. Principals/Heads, Team Leaders and Participants are all welcome to attend the Opening Ceremony and Closing Ceremonies.
13. Team Leaders are requested to ensure that Participants are seated at the Opening Ceremony between 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
14. The Opening Ceremony will start at 10:00 a.m. sharp.
15. Only Winners will be awarded Certificates at the Closing Ceremony.
16. Karachi Schools are requested to send the school’s faculty/admin representative to collect the Participation Certificates for all Participants from the ISEO Office in the first week of February after the Olympiad from 09:00 am to 12:30 pm.
17. Audio/Video recording at the ISEO venues is not allowed unless special permission has been requested for from the ISEO Committee.
18. Participants are advised to ensure the safety of their possessions while at the ISEO venue. The organisers will not be held responsible for any loss of property.
