1. Students CAN NOT serve as team-leaders.
2. Students may not enter or be present at the ISEO venue without an accompanying team leader i.e. a teacher from the school they represent.
3. Discipline and decorum must be maintained at all times. Any breach of discipline on the part of a participant during the course of the event, may lead to the disqualification of the entire team.
4. Each student registered for an event will be issued an ISEO Participant Identification Cards. This will be included in the School Pack given to each school. Participants should collect their Participant Identification Cards from their team leader.
5. ISEO Participant Identification Cards must be worn at all times when at the ISEO venue. Any student not wearing an ISEO Participant Identification Card will not be permitted to enter the venue, under any circumstance.
6. Participating Students must wear their School Uniforms at all times during the Competition.
7. Participants may attend other events as observers. When observing an event students are to remain seated at the event venue once the competition begins and will not be allowed to leave the venue till the time that the competition has ended.
8. Participants must reconfirm registration for the event they are taking part in on the day of its occurrence.
1. The Event Daily Confirmation Form must be submitted to the ISEO Registration desk.
2. The Registration Desk will begin to receive forms no earlier than 1 and a half hours prior to an event and no later than half an hour prior to the event. After this time, no more forms will be admissible.
3. As soon as the Event Daily Confirmation Form has been submitted the participant must take their place at the Event venue and remain there until the event is concluded.
4. Participating students who have submitted their Event Daily Confirmation Form must be present at the venue when they are called to participate.
5. If the participating student is not present when called upon it will be assumed that they have withdrawn and they will not be allowed to take part.

(Event Daily Confirmation Forms are included in the School Pack and will also be available at the ISEO Registration Desk.)

9. Event Daily Confirmation Form must be filled in BLOCK CAPITAL letters with the correct spelling of all names.
10. The ISEO committee reserves the right to withdraw any entry it deems inappropriate or unsuitable.
11. All decisions of the judges will be final and are not subject to review or revision.
12. Attendance at the Opening and Closing Ceremonies is mandatory for all participants of all events.
13. Participants must be seated at the Opening Ceremony between 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
14. The Opening Ceremony will start at 10:00 a.m. sharp.
15. Only Winners will be awarded Certificates at the Closing Ceremony.
16. Participating students may not make Audio/Video recordings at any time at the ISEO venues.
17. Participation Certificates for all Participants may be collected from the ISEO Office by the school’s faculty/admin representative in the first week of February after the Olympiad from 09:00 am to 12:30 pm.
18. Participants are advised to ensure the safety of their possessions while at the ISEO venue. The organisers will not be held responsible for any loss of property.
