Each school team shall be comprised of not more than 12 members: 11 participating students and 1 team leader (faculty member). Teams must inform the ISEO committee of their arrival and departure plans latest by the 17th of December 2008. Teams are expected to arrive no earlier than the 23rd of January 2009, and depart no later than the 29th of January 2009. The ISEO Committee will be happy to provide boarding and lodging to all outstation teams, including pick and drop to and from the railway station or airport. Transport facilitates between the hotel and the ISEO venue will also be provided. Outstation participants are requested to abide by the following meal timings for the convenience of the catering staff: Breakfast: 6:30-7:30 a.m. Lunch: 1:00-2:00 p.m. Dinner: 7:00-8:00 p.m. Participants are advised to ensure the safety of their possessions while at the ISEO venue. The organisers will not be held responsible for any loss of property. Teams are expected to arrive no earlier than the 24th of January 2009, and depart no later than the 30th of January 2009. The purpose of the ISEO platform is to enable students to interact in a friendly atmosphere, engage in the exchange of ideas and share learning. Therefore it is mandatory for all participants (home, outstation and international teams) to be present at the ISEO venue during all events.
